I rang H & B and asked them whetehr I should tke creatine on the days I was NOT exercising.
They said 'no'
That's wrong isn't it?
I would've thought so. I tried CEE tablets the once & they did absolutely nothing, when I took it in powder form I felt like an animal.
Check the answers section, I'm sure Ant has written a bit about Creatine

Just back to this a sec - I thought you were losing weight Tom? Why would you want to take Creatine?

Good question, you'll gain plenty of weight (water) on creatine, well not so much on those tabs....

I always assume that when people on here talk about losing weight, they're actually talking about cutting (losing body fat while maintaining lean body mass). If this is the case then why not keep taking creatine - if it makes your workouts more productive then surely that's a good thing? I know I keep on taking creatine when I'm cutting.

Well he's trying to lose fat. Taking creatine won't stop that at all, and it'll hopefully keep his strength up in the process.

I thought Creatine aided the muscle building process? If someone's on low calories they won't build any muscle (or minimal) so it seems a waste of time. I'm no expert like, just thought it was used for bulking rather than cutting

Yop won't be building muscle, building muscle & losing fat can't be done at the same time (although a small amount may be built & especially when talking about beginners)
How does it make you run more? Can you not just run without it?
