Righty, cheers I'll get on the calories. I've the V festival just around the corner so I'll concentrate on getting 2600-2700 calories down my neck once I come back. I,m well paranoid at the minute, I'm sure I'm getting fat :S

Talking to a few mates at lunch, and they think they saw good strength increases from taking creatine.
I am a bit stuck with a few of my exercises, would it be worthwhile trying some in my case?
Would I have to take it long term to keep the benefit, or might I get some long term benefit from doing it temporarily?

I'm no expert but I wouldn't use Creatine whilst on a cut, I'm sure there are other ways around your plateau. Take a look at Ant's Fit tips

Any jargon I can give to my mate to tell him why its not a good idea for me ? :)

Cheers

Leaner - go to:

"Answers" tab

"Fitness" section

and you'll see a Creatine answer in the drop down menu.

I can't find the thread I had in mind try this one, though it's answering one of your questions.

Not sure on any jargon, but you're muscles will store water ie weight when using Creatine & any strength you do gain you'll lose as soon as you stop the Creatine

I noticed some strenght & weight gains when I used Creatine a month or so back, but going on holiday etc I wasn't going to keep it up whilst I was away, hence I'm back at square one

I think Anthonys answers on creatine are more about how much, and if you should take it with glutamine?
There isnt really any recommendations.

Cheers Johnny. I read that when he posted it.
I think the only one I am not doing is eating enough meals throughout the day.
Thats one of the toughest ones to fix.
