I think it is a fortified wine. Proper loopy juice. Not something you'd have for quiet socialble drinks. You are probably better off drinking petrol.

Cardiff looks like that every time there is a match or event on at the Millennium Stadium or in the city - which happens a lot.

Thankfully, they are now better organised at the cleaning. There is a fleet of lorries waiting for the match to start, and the streets are blitzed while the event is underway, and again overnight. The city is usually back to normal by the morning.

Win or lose in the FA cup, there is an open top bus tour planned for Sunday for Cardiff City starting at 2.30.



BTW, it is well known that Rangers fans are a bunch of ill disciplined thugs
