Well i've taken some pics as i got bored, they ain't great but i couldn't find anywhere that was the right height for the timer!

So i'm not really that fat despite living off 3 dominos a week for the past month or so. I've always thought i was an endomorph but obviously not quite. Hopefully after these 5 weeks of 'cutting' ill be in a position to bulk providing i don't go too mad on holiday!

I don't have any calipers so i dunno but i reckon i'm about 14% bf. I don't really have any fat anywhere except my belly.

Gonna cut for 5 weeks then bulk for about a year i think!

10 3/4 stone. I do have the smallest bone structure known to man though.

Just had a cracking tea - big slab of liver, carrots, peas, onions, gravy, and a couple of potatoes. Get in.

I'd seriously reccomend getting some calipers if I were you; wasit measurement can give the wrong opinion, whereas calipers wont't lie! and only cost a tenner (ish)

I do have stats up on the first page. They're as much as i can be arsed doing.

Had my first cheat this weekend after 9 days, had a mixed grill at the pub, my god it was nice.

Strength is starting to come back, got 4x6 with 95kg on the deads today.

I'll measure up again this weekend, hopefully my waist will be going down, i certainly feel better.
