Good couple of improvements today. Got 4x6 with 60kg on the squat without too much problem, and also very nearly got 4x6 on dips with 10kg added. A PT was staring at me the whole time i was squatting like he'd never seen them before. But then again, he probably hasn't judging by the standard of PTs in my gym.
Gonna have a quick weigh and measure tomorrow morning to see where i'm at.
Also, all my mates are currently dining on takeaway but i'm joining them when they're done. Go me!
Weight is 10.5 stone exactly, so that's 3.5lbs lost.
Waist is down 0.5 inches to 33.
Arms are exactly the same.
Job well done so far.

On a lighter note, i was 1 rep short of getting 4x6 with 100kg on the deadlifts this morning. That's the most i've ever lifted for around 24 reps i think so i'm very pleased with that especially as i'm in a calorie deficit. And they were all double overhand grip.
Diet went a bit shit over the weekend which i'm not happy about. Only 3 weeks till my holiday i'm gonna try and be 100% perfect until then. Definitely not drinking again that's for sure.
I'm also gonna megadose on fish oil for the next 3 weeks just to see what happens. Aiming for 10-15 a day.
Indeed. While doing the flys his arms were really bent, and he was swinging away on the curls. How these people qualify as PTs i'll never know, it's scandelous.
