Good sesh today. Highlights were 70kg for 4x6 on squats, and 4x6 dips with 12.5kg added, although i was bright red and shaking and panting alot!
Just got 13 more days of 'cutting' left before i go on the holiday. I already have my bulking plans in place for when i get back, i can't wait to slap some lovely muscle on (even if i do still have a belly!)
Diet is OK. I started a job which is 5-9 during the week though which has thrown me a bit, i can't be arsed taking anything in as it's only 4 hours, but it means i don't eat anything from 4.30-9.30.
Also my mum won't stop baking and cooking! I turn most of it down but i'd feel harsh not to eat any of it. So there's a few cheats there. But nevermind, i'm happy to hit the beach as i am now.

oh and how many sets do you do of those to failure?
Well i was a little unsure which weights to use so i wasn't using quite the right loads today. Ideally though it is the same weight for each set just about reaching failure on the last rep of the last set.
