Belting session today. I'm still aching and it was hours ago!
Did 3x12 with 60kg on the squats (sweating like a bitch), several other stuff, then 20 rep deadlifts with 90kg. Never been so dead in my life.
Holiday time tomorrow night so i'll try and be as good as possible, hopefully all the girls lookin at me in my shorts might motivate me to keep the diet clean and not drink too much. Maybe. I don't want to come home too fat.

Sounds good! I don't feel half as weedy as I used to, as I am not far off squatting what a lot of the rest of you are doing on here :)

I've scrapped that, cals are now 3000 which is a bit of a struggle but i feel a little bigger already. The main reason is a couple of my mates who genuinely think i have no idea what i'm talking about or doing, i'll show em asap :)
Good sesh today, highlights were 3x12 with 80kg on the deads and a comfortable 3x12 on dips. I've also realised just how important it is for me to have a good training partner, he really helped me push out an extra few reps today.
Well i eat them willy nilly so i didn't put em down. I usually have a banana + apple + kiwi at some point during the morning, and i always have a banana or apple pre and post workout. As for veg, my mum usually plates me some up when she has her tea so that's not too bad.
