Phonix flagged up this eating plan in another thread, and it suggests using all three supplements. I know it is all to get you to buy more of MM's products, as the plan is produced by them. But, what is the difference between the three things?
And what benefits, if any, do they have over a normal whey protein shake?
Why are you asking, Ben? Just buy all of them, obviously you just take as many of them as you can manage, and you'll turn in ryan reynolds in 6 weeks :P
I've seen so many billboard adverts for MM, they must be making a fortune these days.
Promax is a pure protein shake. Progain is a weight gainer with protein and carbs. Progain extreme has creatine in it. Cyclone has protein, carbs, HMB, creatine and some eastern bloc herb thing, that doesn't really work. Reflex do a much better and cheaper version of all those products, or buy them seperate at myprotein.com and mix them together for an even cheaper version.

Thanks, Dan!
So that is the basics, but what are the benefits of using pure protein versus one with protein and carbs, or one with creatine added to it?

What stuff do people use then?
I have gone for one without the carbs. The ones with carbs would be, in my mind, for thin people looking to put on weight all over.
