I'm sure I've seen another thread simlar but I can't find it...
I'm going for a pub meal on sat afternoon and then for an indian later that evening with friends. I was wondering what healthy stuff I can have?
I usually have chicken tika with boiled rice garlic naan and chips! I will have something healthier this time though but I want something nice. I don't like fish or prawns or mushrooms.
Think I will have a steak from the pub meal with a jacket potato and salad.
What do you go for?

Tandoori chicken is probably the healthiest option.
I remember reading somewhere if you have to have a curry dish, that a Buhna is more tomato based than other curries.
Pub meal should be easy. Baked potato should be available.

Hi Mate
This Summer of Buff Q&A has a simple run down of what to choose when going for Indian, Italian, Chinese, or Pub grub, so you might find it useful.
Good Luck!

Your best bet here is to order a jacket potato with beans and a side of veg. Don’t eat the skin, and order a salad, but have the dressing on the side so you don’t have to eat it.
Why not eat the skin Ant?

Hi Mate
It's also the most calorific. 100g of potato including skin will have approximately 64 more calories than 100g of potato without it.
That means in your average 240 odd gram potato, thats approximately an extra 154 calories. So just taking the skin off when you're sculpting is a quick way to drop some!
