Im looking at maybe getting something along these lines to help out at home as dumbbell squats arent working out so great and I think it will be a big help. I am not too sure which sort to go for though - could someone advise me on these 3 pieces of eqipment in terms of value and use? I know one can also be used for pulldowns etc so was thinking maybe that as the way to go...........
