Why not experiment and make your own, very easy.

Half olive oil, half vinegar of choice (balsamic, red wine, cider)
Add pepper, lemon juice, lime juice
Shake as required and keeps for a good while.

Alternatively Tesco stock an awesome one with poppy seeds, can't quite remember the name but it tastes so good!!

Tesco do some healthy options salad dressings, I bought the honey and mustard one the other day and it's quite good. They do others but I can't remember what types nor can I remember the calorie content of the one I bought but I thought it extremely diet friendly. Will add the cal content to this post later when I stop by the fridge for me next glass of water :o)

okay here is one I invented myself

Pistol Pete's Zingzy zing zing salad dressing

can go well in a salad even with TOFU! :)

So get some lettuce, cucumber, sweet corn, green pepper or whatever else you like to put into this.

For the dressing:

Two spoons of soya sauce
One spoon or lea and perrins
One spoon of vinegar
A dab of olive oil
Stick in some tandoori masala/black pepper/chilli (not too much)
Corriander with some thyme.

Put this over the salad and mix it about a bit.
If you do put tofu in this make sure you let it soak right into it leave it like this for an hour at the very least, overnight would be best.

I can assure you this tastes pretty nice.
I am unsure about the calorific content but It's not half bad it actually tastes pretty nice!

Pistol Pete. :)
