I do use quorn mince and tend to put it in bolognases and things like that - works a treat.

Quorn Beef can be bought from most supermarkets, either in the freezer section or deli section.

The aubergine works a treat with the meal - its meant to be a Greek stew after all! Try it!!

I can see the benefits of Quorn mince if you're a veggetarian, but if you aren't then I don't see what's wrong with lean minced beef or lamb?

I need to start a Meat Free Mains thread.

I have lots of great recipes and they are all good for meat eaters too as accompaniments :-)
