Hope you are feeling better soon.

Poor stu.
1) Slice a large lemon slice, microwave for a few secs to soften, squeeze all the juice into mug, add hot water with severl spoons of honey. Drink up!
2)Paracetomol
3) As much water as you can manage
4) sleep
Done. Nothing else you can do stu! If nose is bunged up, i boil some water, put in large bowl, and sit over it with towel to trap the steam and inhale it. It helps!

Take a hot toddy then....
Ingredients
1 1/2 fluid oz gin, rum or whisky
1 sugar lump
juice of half a lemon
2 cloves
small stick of cinnamon
Method
- Put all the ingredients into a heatproof mug and fill with boiling water.
- If preferred, serve in a strong tumbler when the drink has cooled a little (so as not to break the glass).
