I know there will be some monsters on here who can just kill em and I want to be like that one day.
However my maximum full chins from stationary full hang to top back to stationary full hang is 6.
My dips is 13.
These two are my manly, man, man exercises and I love to try and push them further.
I even went into the gym this morning for a 20 minute burn just to do some arm work as am having tomorrow as a rest day and to see what I could do on these two... hence the PB's on both.

i usually get bored after more than 15 dips
PB for dead hang chins is 13, i tend to be extra strict on myself though, usulaly stedieing myself to stop any swing after each :)

13... I am sooo jealous! I have targets now though.
Shuts... on the full ROM dips how low do you go? I only go nipples to wrists not nipples to knuckles. I am still conscious of protecting my sternum.

Well officially recognised on superstars was 90 degrees at the elbow, so just slightly lower than that.

No idea about dips, but I can do 5 chins at 5/5 cadence a month ago. So probably a fair few if I used a quicker cadence like you guys.
