a man is jailed for 8 months for falsely claaiming benefits, now i dont condone benefit fraud, but the same day a tory euro mp gets away scot free with a 3 quarter of a million expenses fiddle where he employed his own wife, another case of one rule for them another for us.
steve mclaren gets an all expenses paid jolly to the euro championships as an expert analyst, this "expert" was an absoloute disaster as england manager, so why should this useless bastard get a cushy number on the backs of the license payers

A silly one that bugs the bejeeeeesus out of me....

Caller: Hi, I would like to book an appointment with xxxxx.

Me: No problem, when would you like?

Caller: I would like an early one on Friday. What is the earliest he has available?

Me: The earliest he has available is 1pm - is that suitable?

Caller: 1pm? Nothing earlier?

Me: NO YOU FUCKING RETARD. IF HE HAD ANY EARLIER I WOULD HAVE TOLD YOU ABOUT THEM, NOT SAT HERE AND SAID THE EARLIEST HE CAN DO IS 1PM!

Arrrggh! This one question is responsible for me wanting to do some damage to particular people.

i have something similar.. when i am taking patients details i ask for the patients date of birth. and i 90% of the time get "my date of birth?" and i say are you the patient, and they say no, i have to try very hard not to be a c0ck or very sarcastic!!!
