I am loving this soup you can buy. Glorious - Marco Pierre White - Vine Ripended Tomato & Balsamic.
I dont think its too bad per 1/2 pot 300g.
108 cal 3 protein, 20.4 carbs and 1.5 g fat.
Wouldnt mind knocking up my own version (if its worth the effort?)
The ingredients are :
Tomato 77%
Roasted tomatoes 4%
Red Pepper
White Wine
Onion
Sugar
Balsamic Vinegar 1.5%
Carrot, Celery, tomato paste, vegetable stock, olive oil, basil , salt and garlic puree.
Am I asking a bit much? But how hard would it be to throw those together in a soup which tastes as good!?
