This sounds good mr... something around mortgages, pensions etc etc..... i could really do with some pointers on mortgages!
I've had two back operations but pain is still constant down my left leg.I've tried lifting weights but the pain is unbearable .Is there an exercise i can do that i can build my upper body without using weights.
