Nice solid performance :) The gym big chief wanted to use the Leg Press the same time as me, I went first because I only had the one set to so he encouraged me. I nailed the nine reps from the last session, then I got stuck slightly on rep 13 & he helped me a little & I got two more reps out! Awesome!
Then I spotted him on his 6 sets which disrupted my Single Arm Row then we started chatted which slowed my workout down. How ironic we were chatting about people in the gym spending too much time chatting.
Appetite has been ravenous today, I had to have a bowl of my emergency muesli I have at work.
Along with the extra calories I've been getting some good sleep lately, a solid 7-8 hours a night plus a bit extra over the weekend, so I'm feeling fully charged & fresh

Looks good. When you start adding cals make sure you slap them on breakfast first and foremost.
You're right, I'm having a 300 calorie breakfast with 400 calorie snacks & a 600 calorie evening meal. There's some capacity to add to breaky, more oats & milk, I could do with a bigger breakfast bowl & good old toast will do the job. In fact I was starving when I woke up this morning so I've had a slice of wholemeal toast with peanut butter to set me off on my commute
I get so jealous reading about people on a bulk and how many trillion calories they are eating.

I've been there on 1500 calories & suffered for my sins
Problem now is keeping it clean, nice & easy now but thinking "ah I've got 3000 calories today, a few beers won't hurt" is what I need to fight against :D
Not getting anywhere, may have to drop this for a session or two

Weight & rep increases seem to be coming on veeerrrryyyy sloooooooowwwwwwwwwwlyyyyyyy. I thought with added calories they'd be coming thick & fast. Anyway good session, very knackered now did it in about 35 minutes. Stopping the creatine from tommorrow & reloading from Monday
