.... & weighing in at 190lbs (13st 8lbs)

I reckon that's a good 5/6 lbs of Festival & Holiday belly, the trousers do feel a little tighter today :S

Going to concentrate on tightening up the diet over the weekend then back onto the calorie counting & gym from Monday.

That must have been some good chowing down and drinking Johnny!

Hope you enjoyed it! The first day back after a holiday is always the worst, when your stomach feels so empty!

Lots of beer, cocktails, foreign crisps & fine Greek grub :)

Had a great time thanks, just about managing to hold off the depression

Hope you had a good time mate.
I am just about getting over the holiday blues, and its been 4-5 weeks!
That holiday lard is shifting, but slowly.
Its a lot easier to put it on!

It sure is mate, hopefully a week or two of crystal clear diet should sort out my holiday podge :)

We really enjoyed thanks, very relaxing & chilled out & looks like we missed a fair bit of rain whilst we were away. Good job we didn't do two weeks as XL (who we flew with) have gone bust!

Lucky man, I heard about XL going bust.
That would have been a nightmare.

Good luck, hope you get back into the swing of it.

Indeed, it's not very often I get a massive slice of luck

Didn't realise we're in week 4 of this thing :/ I feel like I've done nothing but add flab (which I have, I can no longer fit comfortably into my trousers & I've moved down a notch on my belts :S)

Mrs Ace moved into her new pad over the weekend so we went out for beers with freinds & I've fallen in love with Kansas Chicken' chicken burgers

Gym tomorrow (which will be the first sess for 2 weeks) & I feel weak as a kitten so the short term plan is to lower the weights stick to the 5/5 cadence & focus on the big movement.

Routine, 2/3 times per week, somthing like:

Leg Press
Pullover
Chest/ Bench Press
Shoulder Press
Lat Pulldown
SLDL

& maybe chuck a couple of isolation movements in there (mainly Tricep pulldown, Bicep Curl, Leg extension, Leg Curl)

Diet today will be back on track, around the 2500/2600 mark. Along with the diet I need to get back into other good habits (water drinking, vitamin tablets, cod liver oil)

Only my 3rd workout in 6 weeks or something like that :/ I lowered all the weights & worked to failure as best I could, the Leg Press was a little odd, rather than fail I had to stop because just above my kneecaps were sore. I'm shaking like a leaf as I type this. Hopefully after a couple of weeks I should be firing on all cylinders

Everything went alrite, sort of winged it a did as I fancied, made sure I got a few big ones in there.

Diet's been bang on today, nice & clean, suffered a little tummy ache as reported on another thread
