Does anyone know of anything you can take that gives you a bit more sustained energy and wellbeing and vitality? Feeling a bit run down and sluggish all the time.

Could do with something that will help me feel healthy and sharp.

I drank 5 litres of nearly frozen water yesterday. I do in general drink 3 litres of water per day.

Guys, if I had said "I'm eating 4 McDonalds meals a day and living off sugar and Red Bull, but have no energy and feel lethargic all the time" then I could understand people reccomending exercise, lots of water, healthy diet.
