Hello all joined the site as i've just returned from a week in the sun and just felt really uncomfortable with my appearance with my t-shirt off and i have decided to do something about it!
My current weight is 16st 3lb today an increase of 1st 3lb since Sept last year and i really want to get down to 13.5st/14st!
I seem to lose a stone or two then just put it back on!! My main problem is alcohol i do drink too much beer which has given me a beer belly and moobs! Plus my diet is not great (bad combination)
I do train quite alot as i'm in the Army but i don't do any weight training!
A current photo is included so you can see my prediciment.
Any tips or pointers would be welcome i really want to lose it and keep it off!!!

Welcome aboard.
Just wanted to say i was the same weight as you and got down to 13.5stone in 12 weeks.
I used one of Anthony's workout plans and calorie counting.
few people on here will more than willing to help.
Cant see your picture up yet, but thats because its your first post Will will sort that out for you.
How tall are you?
Cut down on the drink if you can, although can imagine that will be hard being in the army.
All the best.

I will just have to cut down the beer simple as I'm 6"2" by the way! Device which workout plan did you lose? and what kinds of food did you eat?

Lost my post there :( So short hand version
try here i used the gym rat one. it also gives you advice on diet.
I never change what i ate, i've always eat healthy, i just had to cut down the amount i ate and start being active again. i cut down on the Stella.
I reckon if you keep an eye on the amount you take in and with the army stuff you will be alright, (apart from the drinking sessions).
Anthony the expert here will no doubt help you out as am no expert. i just know it works.
I've started back on it myself 3 weeks ago.
You been in the army long?
P.S. do you know what you Body Fat % is?
