I have been with Orange for a while now (9 years in all) and barely had a problem with them. Unlike lots of mobile phone companies they actually reward loyalty (hence me staying with them so long).
This evening I have managed to shave about £20 off my average monthly bill, whilst actually improving my contract.
I was paying an average of £45 per month for 500 any time, any network minutes and unlimited texts. The actual contract was £35 per month, but add to that VAT, insurance, sending pics as well as using the internet to check football scores etc meant the bill climbed every month.
I have now just agreed a contract of 600 any time, any network minutes, unlimited texts, 500mb free internet usage, all for £25 including VAT!
I have upgraded my phone to the Sony Ericsson C902 which my mate (manager of T-Mobile) assured me was a great phone.
Sounds like a good deal. I rarely go over my £20 + VAT a week, I can't even remember how many texts or minutes it includes !
Same here, they seem to be accumulating the unused minutes too. Plus they do this 02 treats thing, which gives me a bonus of 20mins as well, which isn't much use! AM hoping I can drive the contract price to below £20 in October when contract comes up for renewal. I'll need a new phone tho this time, as I have wrecked this one (same one as shuts' old one). Hoping I can get iPhone for free.
