I don't know who posted this but was Alan Johnson reading Mansized the last couple of days?
:-P

hug a fatty, hug a hoodie.
You don't solve the world's problems with hugs.

Back down to size 34 and I haven't even done three days' worth of workouts, I've just been scaling the stairs up and down to chuck stuff out. It's summertime, it's free weightloss to take a walk outside. When you're travelling you walk up the stairs instead of the escalators, there's just no excuse left in properly hot summer times.
It's not like winter when you've got Xmas and parties and that's when people tend to put the weight on or at least I do.

Do you need a hug?

'Research shows us that vilifying the extremely fat doesn't make people change their behaviour.'
Would you like to show that research Alan?
Is that along with the resreach that slagging smokers doesn't prevent lung cancer?

I think he's probably right.
It's education, and then having the correct advice that helps surely.

Maybe so.
I just hate people that say 'research shows' to back up any claim they make.
