Former newsreader Michael Buerk sparked controversy when he said the "shift in the balance of power between the sexes" has gone too far, and men were now little more than "sperm donors".
OK so I'm betraying "the brothers" here but I still feel men have far and away the upper hand. What do you folks think?

It certainly seems that positive discrimination is at the exspense of middle class white guys, but whether the perceived discrimination reflects the reality I'm not so sure. I know that some friends have applied for the fire service and police and been discriminated against in favour of female or minority applicants.
