Morning,

I don't feel the best today, not sure what it is, I went to the gym last night and felt wrecked leaving it, as I did my normal "all or nothing" approach. Felt weary during the evening and now today I feel listless and stiff all over. I know it's linked to the workout but it's not normally like this... may try and have some brekkie and see how I feel.

My dad was a sort of milkman. He collected it from the farms in his big blue lorry and took it to the dairy. I used to go with him at weekends sometimes.
