Hi well having gone from being over-weight to skinny and now to what i would call medium build, i just came home after 6 months away and my family have told me im looking too heavy on my shoulders compared to the rest of my body.

I trained alot whilst away, doing different body parts everyday, thou mabye due to genetics, or perhaps more emphasis on my shoulders during workouts looking in the mirror i must admit they are right.

My shoulders also go forward i think this might be due to big traps and shoulders, i'm guessing I might have to do my upback alot more?

Can anyone recommend good exercises to fix this? I don't go to a gym but have all free weights (barbell and dumbell, bench ect...) so home workout would be appreciated.

Sounds to me like you've been doing more pushing exercies (bench, press etc.) than pulling exercies (rows and chins). Try balancing them out equally if you don't already.

Blokes generally carry more fat around their stomach.

You said your overweight, might it just be that your excess lard is more obvious on your top half?

Post some pics, people could probably give you better advice.
