Hi well having gone from being over-weight to skinny and now to what i would call medium build, i just came home after 6 months away and my family have told me im looking too heavy on my shoulders compared to the rest of my body.
I trained alot whilst away, doing different body parts everyday, thou mabye due to genetics, or perhaps more emphasis on my shoulders during workouts looking in the mirror i must admit they are right.
My shoulders also go forward i think this might be due to big traps and shoulders, i'm guessing I might have to do my upback alot more?
Can anyone recommend good exercises to fix this? I don't go to a gym but have all free weights (barbell and dumbell, bench ect...) so home workout would be appreciated.
