it is truly shit!
you should get it to see how awful it is. the v-box is free at the moment but then you pay 6 quid a month ... erm ... for FREEview ?!?
I don't think so ...
The V- box is like a sky+ box (fast-forward, rewind, record 'live' telly) and you can order other channels and movies / programmes, that's if you can be arsed working your way through the awful and overly complicated menus, which occassionally don't work.
Oh yeah and if the remote isn't perfectly horizontal and in a direct line with the v-box, it doesn't work either.
I suppose I should add 'in my experience' to all this but really this was bollox and Sky must be pissing themselves laughing

I've packaged it up and sent it back.
They tried to tell me "... but you have a contract ... blah blah ...". I told them the direct debit has been cancelled and the equipment is on the doorstep, it was up to them if they wanted it back.
