NEW DELHI (Reuters) - India banned smoking in public places on Thursday in an attempt to fight tobacco use blamed, directly or indirectly, for a fifth of all deaths in the world's third-largest consumer.
They tried this before and it has failed and it will fail again. The smoking ban is not working to the extent as people thing, as I have smoked in bars since the ban.
