Wasn't aware of a specific policy, see if you can't just add £400 onto your contents insurance which would cover the cost of any model they ever introduce.

Yeah, it normally would do.
I guess I should explain the situation ... I'm moving into a new flat and am being quoted some pretty crazy numbers for full content insurance.
Seeing as the PS3 and a TV are by far the most expensive items I've got, it seems a good idea to at least look into insuring each of these individually

You can normally add items to a contents policy separately.
