Will do - was waiting for the pictures to clear the moderators.
Last check (on 27th July) -
Weight: 76 Kgs
Height: 6ft
BF%: 12 (possibly 10, depending on averages or something...)
Seeing a PT every so often. We worked out some 5 rep max's yesterday (along with some rowing sprints, plyometrics, sprinting drills etc).
Bench press - 70kgs
Squat - 100kgs
And lower ab work to gauge their strength.
We are working towards the above while sorting my tight hamstrings, slightly raised right shoulder (compared to the left) and slightly imbalanced pelvis (from all the football I play and being predominantly right footed).
Finally making my own training log - as much for my own record keeping as anything else.
That and I keep asking Anthony questions that are too deep and profound to be answered in the live webchat so I will start posting them here.
I will start posting some pictures off my progress to keep track of things but the evntual goal is to look something like this (gentics aside) -
Don't we all wanna look like Ryan Reynolds mate! But remember Ryan Reynolds is Ryan Reynolds and Jock19 is Jock19, so it's better to focus on developing your own body to its full potential than aspiring to look like someone else. Sure, use Mr Reynolds as motivation, but also be aware that getting to look like that was his full-time job, involving a personal nutritionist, personal trainer, oodles of time blah blah blah.
In the real world where the remainder of us mortals live we have other things that get in the way - such as life. That said, i'm 6ft2' and weighed 75kg when i started my programme 6 weeks ago - and i'm seeing great gains every single week. So, if you follow one of Anthonys programmes strictly, eat a clean diet, drink plenty of water, get lots of sleep and i'm sure you will make huge gains and see great progress with your health and physique!!!
My workout will follow soon once I have sorted it with Martin (PT).
Also playing a lot of football. First full game for my new club on wednesday just gone. Rained all day, we got beat, but I capped my debut with a goal. Ups and downs!

Good luck..
I appreciate that. Its more the general idea - ie low BF, good definition of the abs I have, that amount of muscle (lean, not too big etc). Just something to keep me focused.
I'm guessing you're trying to bulk right? I base that assumption on your height and weight. Or are you trying to strip off some fat before a bulk?
That diet doesn't look like its going to pack on muscle, especially with the football burning of lots of calories. That diet looks more like its designed for fat loss.
I'd personally set some definite goals eg. gain 10lbs of muscle, or reach whatever weight, then cut to x% bodyfat. I prefer to work with the numbers, but obviously you need to go off how you look as well.
You could try find out how tall that guy in the phoro is and how much he weighs. That would give a better indication of exactly how much weight you need to gain.
