Mrs Will and I were throwing things at the TV this morning when we heard this.
Control freakery at it's worst. OK, some people maybe should think twice before having kids, but they'll be compelled to do things Blair's way or have their benefits removed.
I don't usually get angry, but I am about this. New Labour is the worst kind of Orwellian nightmare.
