According to a poster on the videogames pioneer's website, the new machine's sensor bar can't cope with sunlight.
It's a massive blow for Nintendo if true. Are you buying one?

It won't put me off, I live in the north, we don't get sunlight...

I must admit, it does sound a little bit worrying. But, considering the sensor is going to be sat right in front of your TV, it'd mean the sunlight will be shining directly on your TV too, meaning you cant see a bloody thing anyway!
So unless you've magical eye sight that can somehow see through the glare of the sun, you'll be manouvering your set up out of harms way inany case.
