I am always starving though!
And I have always had trouble with the high level of water intake.
Going to the bathroom 5 times in the morning, the new boss must think I'm dossing in the bookies or something :-)
Went last night with the guys from the Famous Fiveinstead.
Gym was nice and quiet.
I starting to see a difference already but I think I have more muscle than last time round.
Thats why I am heavier in weight but still look ok. I know I've put on muscle on my back because I can finally see my lats.
Might have a few cans today though as the World Cup qualifiers are on...
Went to the gym last night. Ow.
I made some progress on pec flies and assisted pull ups.
I think I will aim for non-assisted pull ups soon. That would be very cool.
I meant to ask a question but I can't remember what it was now. D'oh.
Skipped.
International games were on Wednesday so there was little chance of me going to the gym.
Will be hiting the gym this evening though.
Ooooh Yeah.
I'm doing really well by dividing up meals and eating far more frequently instead of three large meals a day. Usually 5-6 meals around the 300 calorie mark.
Made it half way through the workout before I realised that I was just knackered from the week.
Further evidence that I'm far more suited to the early morning training than this evening malarkey. Surely thats the time to become at one with the couch and watch CSI?
I even yawned out loud on the shoulder press. Haha.
But I've knocked around 5 lbs since the start of the comp and the best part of an inch of my gut so I'm pretty happy with that.
Back to early morning workouts. Yay.
So much better quality.
Wide awake, fed and watered and giving it loads in the gym.
Might go back to using photos to record progress.
Around 40-45 minutes does me.
Brekkie is usually porridge, weetabix or bran flakes so nothing to heavy.
There is nothing worse than having too much food or water sloshing around inside you when you're trying to workout.
I know some peopole who can eat ten minutes before exercising but then other guys who need well over an hour. How about you?
