Up at 0540 this morning. Hard as nails I am, well except the midsection.
Drove to the gym on fumes because tomorrow is payday.
Starting to do more barbell exercises, not that I didn't like them before it was just the lack of equipment in my old gym. Looking forward to my swim tomorrow.
Lashing the water into me and it is now time to go off my multilpe mugs of tea to see if that makes any difference. Being anal about calorie counting because it isn't happening for me at the moment. In fact I think I may have put on a few pounds at that wedding at the weekend :-(

I am finding it tough counting caloires at the moment too. The minute the daylight starts to dwindle I want more food!

Nice swim in between my Wednesday and Friday workouts.
I call it 'active recovery'.
However my shoulder and arms were knackered after twenty minutes.
I keep thinking of questions that I mean to ask on here from when I'm in the gym but by the time I get online I completely forget them!

Went to gym last night so I'd have the weekend off.

God there are some muppets in the gym. Yeah mate you've got shoulders like the Great Wall of China but you're also a fat cvnt.

Quite sore today around my back and shoulders.
I got a new chain for my mountain bike and had an awesome cycle along the coast.
I had to burn the extra calories because I could not resist myself and had to try out the Meat Beast from Burger King :-D I'm so ashamed....not. Nothing four hours cycling didn't fix though.

Sorry Jimmie , I picked up the call on the way home - the signal was down to 1 bar on the coast.

I DID go paddling and winkle picking though :-)

Honesty is the best policy.

Week 6 was a wipeout for me.I've had car problems resulting in tow trucks, insurance companies and viewing new cars so I have not been getting to the gym.
And I'm flying to Glasgow later until Saturday so it will be Sunday by the time I hit the gym.
Keeping the diet sheet clean but that will be difficult in Glasgow :-)

I did CV last night. Tons of it.
Haven't done it in years. Sweated like a paedo in a Barnney suit.
I had to blow the cobwebs of me and I feel much better for it.

I might even just do CV for the rest of the week and get back to normal next week...
