I promised myself, I would do a pic and measurements photos update at the end of three weeks, so that I can make sure I am making progress.
Stats 22/10/06
Height 6'2".
Weight 16st.

Summary - Dropped 12lbs and knocked 3 inches off waist.
Don't know if this is good progress or not. i.e should I have expected more or less? but hey I feel better and a bit thinner so I think that's a good start.
If Anthony is around at some stage I hope he can tell me if this is near the expected weight loss at this stage of the program or am I doing crap?
My current pic below. In comparison to the first pic on page 1 of my thread I feel I can see a difference.
So there it is. I think I am doing ok, so off to reward myself with a bowl of porridge. mmm

for 3 weeks that is great stuff I'd say. A figure branded around is about 3lb's per week, you managed four. You don't want to loose much more each week because it ends up you get rid of muscle and water, you are defo on the right track. Good stuff

Wasn't sure if I was making the right progress but seems to be on the right track anyhow.
Got a little present for my efforts though. My lower back has been killing me the past few days, constantly. It's on the right, just above my hip and feels muscular.
Worried it my be wrong technique whilst doing the Dumbbell Stiff Legged Dead lift exercise. I had never done it before this program. My bro swears by a physio he knows so am gonna go to him Tuesday evening. Damned painful though :-(
