I've always worked on NYE, it's only 'cause it's Sunday I'm not.
I think we should all complain to our gyms, how dare they want time off at this time of year!

Hi Anthony,
I am at a bit of a loss at the moment.
I just finished week 12 of the gymrat Mansized Weight Loss Program.
Just wondering what to do next?
Would I be ready to give the Mansized Six Pack plan a go? You should be able to tell from my profile pick if I'm ready.
Or should I try something else first?
Any suggestions welcome :-)
