Stephen Kay, 39, swapped fry ups, pies, pasties and pints of lager for three bowls of hot broth a day.

Ever tired any wacky ways of losing weight?

A girl I know can't stomach drinking water anymore because she once spent 3 months on a liquid only diet!
She lost about 4 stone in time for Christmas but put it all back on with turkey and trimmings!

Guys, this is no miracle diet- its just massive calorie restriction!

I bet a large chunk of the weight he has lost is muscle mass.

At least he has done something about his weight though.

Better than the air and light diet though! Isnt he going to have lots of loose skin left?

I once did this really bizarre diet, basically it involved eating less and going to the "gymnasium" and "exercising"! Crazy! I lost a couple of kilos, but to be honest it was too much like hard work, so I packed it in for the GI Macro Joe Zone diet.

I really don't get diet's like this.

If the person can handle eating 3 tiny meals which are the same, strictly. Why can't they just do a balanced diet and go to the gym? eat more, better for you, and you keep the weight off.
