I've heard a lot of good things about this game, but to be honest, I either like present days or futuristic shooters. FEAR, Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter and (soon) Gears of War are my sort of games.
i love the CoD games. does anyone know if this is coming out for PC. i don't have an xbox 360, plus i don't think first person shooters are any good on consoles.

There's been no official word about a PC version, but chances are it should make an appearance next year.
Got to disagree about FPS's not working on consoles though!
its just the control i can't get used to. i've got halo 2 on xbox and i just can't control it as instincitvely or as precise as with a mouse and keyboard.
plus i've got the fastest gaming mouse in the world... ever! (or at least it was when i bought it)

I feel ya, honestly, but I'm getting used to console gaming more and more now...
It does take a little while to get used to, but if you think back to when you first started mouse-looking it took a while to get the accuracy in quick turn-and-shoots.
I've been playing GRAW on the Xbox 360 as my main game for a few weeks and I'm getting much better with the joypad with each game. I'm sure I'm going to get even better when Gears of War drops on my mat tomorrow :-)

I must admit, I do much prefer the old mouse and keyboard method of FPS control over any pad released thus far.
Though for the Xbox, you can get a hold of a nice piece of equipment by the title 'SmartJoy Frag' that allows you too hook up a wired mouse and keyboard to your Xbox. I've got one stashed away round here somewhere, and it works a charm.
If you played the first CoD on the hardest level you never got health packs... you had to complete an entire level without getting losing all your energy. Needless to say it involved alot of quicksaving!
Not sure if i liked the regenerating health system on CoD 2.
i'm currently playing the second brothers in arms game. its more tactical than CoD and with better AI, but I still think CoD is better. It seems to be more absorbing.
