I know it probably sounds callous, but i think i agree.

Many of the babies born that prematurely have serious life limiting illnesses. They aren't saying they won't put them in incubators and help them, just that they won't resucitate them if they need it.

Not much comfort if you have a prem baby, but just because you can save someone should you?
