Spot on review Chris. I'm absolutely loving it and nothing else is getting a look-in on my free time at the moment (including some woodwork which I love doing, I've even got some oak sitting in my workshop ready to be used).
Only 6 hours though? I think that's a bit weak. Unless you play online it doesn't seem like a good deal.
It seems that way yeah, but it's a bloody brilliant 6 hours, trust me! Worst case scenario - play through the single player mode on one of the initially available difficulty settings, plus the one unlocked post completition (and you will want to go through again) which takes things up to roughly 15 hours of your time when youtake into account the added difficulty.
And even if you manage to do that in a weekend, you'll get a cracking trade in deal!
I think it depends how fast a gamer you are. I've been playing it for over 6 hours on casual and I'm just over half way through (according to level guides on the net).
Seriously, if you aren't used to console gaming for shooters 6 hours is pushing it...
Just treated myself to an X-Box 360, and had to get this game. It is absolutely awesome. Both my brothers were over for Christmas, and we spent more time playing multiplayer on this game than doing anything else. So what if it's only six hours in single player mode. Get some friends and play multiplayer. Better still, sod your mates, go online and play multiplayer with up to seven other people at a time. I think it was seven anyway. Then you can shout orders at each other and play soldiers again. 'Cover me men, I'm going in'.
AWESOME
