We can understand that Ben, makes sense. I reckon they probably already know and are just leaving it up to you to tell them. Let's face facts you are hardly sitting there telling them all about the birds you have been stuffing eh?

Fuck, no! I never want to have to talk about my sex life with my folks. EVER! Yuk! lol

to elaborate upon barcodes' response would be heavy-handed, enjoy the moment for yourself, enjoy the moment as a missed opportunity

Indeed, however they will surely have noted no girlfriends, no eyeing up chicks, no spank mags with girls in, no comments... either they are blind to it or they have accepted it and are just leaving it up to you etc.

I wonder if agreeing with Barcode is a bit like your situation - the thought of it scares you, but when you do it, it isn't so bad. ;-)

You still don't seem entirely comfortable (to put it mildly) - but you need to start to consider how you would like to let people know. Including - * sharp intake of breath * - your parents. Your parents are, I assume, not that much older than me - which means that they can't be that naive or had such a sheltered upbringing, can they?.

Sorry to put you on the spot, but....

How would you prefer your parents to find out (or acknowledge it, as they may already know) - from you or from somebody with a loose tongue? Just think about it - no need to rush into it.

(if it goes wrong, and they throw you out - you can go an stay with Barcode)

To be honest, you've told people on here - and a bigger load of pompous, self-important narrow-minded bigots I've yet to meet - and the world didn't end. So, how will you know when the time is right to tell your mum and dad?

(BTW: I was going to ask if you were out on Facebook, because sometimes, it looks it!)

That is it exactly - the I definitely don't want them to find out on the grapevine, so to speak!

Well............. sometimes your comments on photos are camper than a dormobile factory, as are some of the replies.

And I'm not sure whether straight men would put loads of photos of somebody else's wedding on their pages.

That sort of stuff.
