Ok dudes,
Here go's.
My workout history was erratic until 7 weeks ago when I started the Mansized Weight Loss Challenge.
My weight loss thread
Goals
So I am half way though the challenge and have lost over a stone in 6 weeks and my original goal was to get to 14stone by the end of the 12 weeks.
So I am not sure what goal to set for this challenge...
Should I stay with the current goal and then set a new goal when I finish the Weight Loss Challenge? Or start afresh with new a goal?
Maybe you guys or Anthony could make some suggestions please!?

Question for Anthony,
My weight loss seems to have plateaued. Actually I have gone up a lb to 15st.
But my other measurements are still changing.
My waist and hips are decreasing in size and my legs are increasing in size.
Am I doing something wrong?
What is more important?
Body composition or weight?
I think my goal should probably be fat loss related rather than weight loss.
Any advice or comments appreciated.

10 stones but fat? or 15 stones but lean with a sixer?.
Take your pick :-)

Lol - I think I just needed to say it out loud.
Obviously body composition is more important. It's just my original goal was weight loss orientated. Maybe I should now focus more on a more fat loss orientated goal.

I think you should focus less on the weight aspect on more on measurements. If your waist size is decreasing but weight is constant to last week, take it as a possible sign.
