Never been that good with computers so missed all this when i tired adding the pic.
Been training a while and have become a lot more focused on doing weights, with very little cardio.
Thing I'm going to begin with the lose your love handles which I've tried before but without adding my own bits. As you can see that never worked to well.
Good luck to all. Any motivation always welcome as i get so close then lose it right at the end. (any one know a cure for being lazy)
We just tried sending you this email, but it bounced back. Could you check what's on your profile? Cheers,
Will
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Thanks for signing up! We thought "Mr Mansized" was only going to be a small contest in its first year, but it's huge already and that's all credit to you.
Fitness editor Anthony has worked with some of you on your goals already. If yours isn't finalised, drop back to your Mr Mansized thread as soon as you can just in case he's replied.
If Anthony yet, don't panic. Instead, why not set a reminder on your thread so you'll be first to know when he does. Just click "set reminder" on any the posts in your Mr Mansized thread, then pick "email me immediately". You can always turn it off later in from the reminders box (bottom right hand side of every page).
We'll be round to you sharpish. Stick close to your thread so we can get everyone up and running as close to Friday as possible.
Well i'm here again after getting to 14 stone, losing focus and piling on the pounds to a rather dismal 16 stone 7 pounds.
Hey mate,
If it makes you feel any better, I am in the same boat as you.
I went from spot on 14st to spot on 16st over the three months in summer.
It's amazing/scary how quick you can pile on weight when you're not training and looking after your diet.
Sounds good to me, certainly up to the challenge and looking to work very hard.
I will try to get on these boards a bit more often as well. Working 10 hour shifts 4 days a week then 8 hour shifts for a further 2 certainly makes it hard.
I'm up at 6am to get to the gym otherwise I cant motivate myself to go. This makes breakfast hard and when I get home in the evening I raid the fridge big style then go straight to bed. Anyone got any breakfast tips and ways to prevent the fridge raid in the evening?
Been a slow week this week fitness wise. Not started to concentrate on diet other than reducing portion sizes and keeping an eye on my alcohol level.
Going to the gym tomorrow for a workout and a long walk on Saturday to try and get rid of the aches and pains.
Extra incentive for March. Mums getting married on the 31st and I'm giving her away. Just got her to order my trousers in a 34inch waist. Got to do it now or she wont be too happy. :-).
