Morning all, just discovered this site so thought I'd sign up. I've been doing Lau Gar kickboxing for 7 months, I'll be taking my 3rd grading in a couple of weeks. I'd be interested to know if anyone else does this style, be it kickboxing or kung fu. Great site by the way.
