Just wanted to get something running for Golf fans.
I know its not the coolest sport in the world, but I love it, and I can't wait for it to get dryer so I can hit the course.
Does anyone think a European will win a major this year? I think the closest we will get is from either Luke Donald, or Monty.
Don't forget, Tigers baby is due in june/July, so he may miss the Open and/or the US open. Shame that he may not be playing, but a European may have a chance without him breathing down their necks.
Is anyone going away to play golf this year?
I've just booked Albufeira in Portugal for April the 19th for 4 days.

A pro will help you more than any book. Good ones are incredible.
But good books:
Anything by Dave Pelz. Short game bible and I think the putting bible.
Anything by David Leadbetter. He really knows his stuff, and works with the best players on earth. He also has a few good DVD's out, and a device called a swingsetter, which instills the correct swing mechanics in you. I use it with my Pro.
Butch Harmon and Hank Haney have a few books and DVD's out too.
www.golfdigest.com is a good starting point too.
