I'm looking for some advice on what to do next up to the age of 36 i was 10.5 stone and skinny as a rake after 6 months of enforced garden leave i ballooned to 13st9 with the just about all the weight centred around my waist, lower back and neck in June last year at 39 and 5 months before i turned 40 i started dieting, stopped drinking completely and my weight is now 11st10. body fat according to the callipers is 12-13%
I used the "Greek Doctors Diet" and the training plan from "sculpting the perfect waistline" to get this far.
My question is how much does age and my ectomorph body play with metabolism if i start to increase my calories will all the extra just hit my middle and i will keep my chicken legs. Is there a way you can organise your training so ideally everything grows in proportion?
