Will Smith minus comedy schtick plus a sharp script would have made this an Oscar contender any other year.

I saw this last friday.

It is not a feel good film by any stretch of the imagination.
I felt stressed, depressed and sympathetic for Gardner.
He was like a real life Mr Bean.
I didn't realise that was Will Smiths son.
The kid is quite good in the film.

Anyway it was good, not great.

Is there some reason why this film title spells 'Happiness' incorrectly?

Yeah there is mate.

That bugged the hell out of me too until it was explained in the film, but I won't 'spoil' it for you.

I'm being so good - I'm not eating chocolate! You could have the whole pack - but we don't want to put temptation in your way!
