Is HD-tv worth it, I mean for normal stuff, as opposed to porn? Does it really enrich the viewing experience?

They said this about normal actors as well, I think it's a godd thing, once people see imperfections on screen, it will ease pressure on joe bloggs on looking like them!

Agreed; saw a programme on BBC3, where a 16 year old had surgery to reduce the size of his nose. This was at a time when he should make been revising for GCSE exams.

It does but you can only spot the difference at a specific screen size and above... dont remember the exact size

It looks a world apart on my 40" LCD. Watching SD footage looks pants after viewing an HD channel for a while.
