Doubt it...The Who? Arctic Monkeys? It's last years T in the Park line up!
Glad they're doing something to stop the touting though- there's supposed to be a series of meetings between the promoters and govt(probably getting backhanders from the touts to keep the status quo..) to do more to stop it nationally.
Ebay could help by banning ticket sales...but it's too big an earner and they get their cut at the real fans expense. They did it with crappy live(has been) aid so why not all gigs?!
