Its my own fault loki, never did the work throught the course of the year, so i cant really be suprised i cant cram i years worth in one day. i reckon i'll have 3 resits tovdo counting the one tomorrow.

NOTE TO SELF *DO THE WORK THROUGHT THE COURSE OF THE YEAR* IDIOT!!

I thought that, but manage to write 5k words in 3 days, which should mean I don't resit that. no point not doing anything because you think you will fail, not long to go so may as well put all the effort in the world in, then atleast you know you tried, and will have less to learn for the summer.. instead of failing because you thought you would fail.

that probably makes no sense at all * not been sleeping much recently.

Matt -O its these bloody exams, its been years since i did any exams. I cram to much that i dont actually take anything in. my own fault for fanying about through the year.

you been using the advice in that man-sized answer page? I used that last year and thought I had cocked up an exam, but in between the mess the examiners could find the good stuff and gave me a good mark. Maybe find a way to prioritse it, if you know you are going to fail most, direct your effect in to passing one so you have less to resit.

Aye Matt i was doing that but was a bit late in the day. Should have started revising a while back. This is my last written exam tomorrow. I do some sime stuff tonight then bed got a spliting headache from using my brain today. I very rarely get headaches.

I sometimes found I thought I hadn't done so well on an exam but it wasn't too bad in the the end, fingers crossed anyway.

Well Finished wed workout. Didnt feel like i had much energy, but in saying that i never dropped any weights. I tried the Split Squats as Ricky21 suggested due to the limited weights i got at home.

Wednesday Workout

Worked Abs

Split Squats 8 x 25kg
Bench Press 5 x 35kg
Bent Over Rows 9 x 17.5kg per DB
Military Press 5 x 25kg
Upright Rows 5 x 22.5kg
Tricep Kickbacks 5 x 6kg pre DB
Squat Against wall 111 seconds
Bicep Curls 5 x 12.5kg per DB


Diet still going alright 2nd week at 1700. 10th day of not smoking and i cant remember the last time a had a cold pint of Stella.
